Blooming Peach Trees of Veria 2026 – Where Love Blooms

Every spring, the plain of Imathia is transformed into a unique pink landscape, as millions of peach trees bloom, creating one of the most impressive natural spectacles of the Greek countryside. The city of Veria celebrates this special season with the “Blooming Peach Trees” Festival, inviting visitors to experience the beauty of nature, local production and the authentic hospitality of the region.

The 2026 events program includes outdoor activities, cultural experiences, music, gastronomy and activities for all ages, set against the backdrop of the blooming orchards. Through these events, the special relationship of the area with peach cultivation is highlighted, along with the values of community, creativity and connection with the natural environment.

Elia Park – Agioi Anargyroi, Veria

Welcome Spring with a view of the blooming plain. Creative activities for children and adults, including games, collective art, music and face painting, create a festive morning for the whole family.

Kouloura, Imathia

“The Field that Whispers Love.”

An experiential event among the blooming peach trees featuring music, artistic photo spots and a spectacular burst of colors. Visitors will have the opportunity to taste the commemorative rosé wine “Blooming Peach Trees” along with local products from the region.

“In the Middle of Pink – Spring, Music and Poses.”

Decorated village tractors become a unique backdrop for photos, music and interactive games, connecting rural life with the celebration of the blossom season.

3rd Pink Wine Party.

A lively music night celebrating the spring equinox with popular disco and rock hits from the 1980s and 1990s. Guests will enjoy the limited-edition rosé wine “Blooming Peach Trees” in a festive atmosphere combining music and wine.

Metochi, Imathia

Cycling & Hiking – The Grand Finale.

A group cycling and hiking route through the blooming orchards, with the snow-capped mountains of the region on the horizon. The experience concludes with local products, peach compote and the commemorative rosé wine “Blooming Peach Trees”.

Parallel Activities

Throughout the festival, the city of Veria hosts participatory art installations and themed gastronomic initiatives by local cafés and bars, featuring rosé wines and pink cocktails inspired by the blooming peach trees.
